Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal
According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract or a contract concluded outside business premises within 14 days, without additional costs, except for the return shipping costs.

Refund of Payments
Once we receive your withdrawal form, the merchant is obliged to immediately refund all payments you have made, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days.

Return of Goods
The goods must be returned to the merchant or to a person authorized by the merchant without delay, and no later than 14 days from sending the withdrawal form. The consumer bears the exclusive cost of returning the goods.

Liability for Reduced Value of Goods
The consumer is responsible for any reduced value of the goods resulting from inadequate handling.
